Join Throw Down Thursdays, a dynamic space where both beginners and seasoned potters converge to explore the wonders of clay.
For beginners, our patient instructor will introduce you to the basics of wheel throwing, guiding you through essential techniques like centering and shaping. With hands-on instruction and plenty of practice, you'll soon be crafting your own unique creations with confidence.
For more advanced students, this class offers a platform for experimentation and refinement. Dive deeper into the art of pottery as you explore advanced techniques, experiment with complex forms, and unleash your creativity with various surface treatments and glazing methods.
No matter your skill level, our pottery class promises an enriching experience, where the joy of creation knows no bounds. Join us and discover the endless possibilities that await on the spinning wheel of clay.
All adult courses include 15lbs of clay and the glazing and firing fee. Additional clay is available for purchase. We recommend purchasing your own set of tools. Beginner tool kits are available for purchase on the first day of each class. BYO apron and rag. All adult courses also include 3 hours of open studio hours each week to practice the skills you are learning in class. Open studio hours are drop in and expire 1 week after the end of your course.
