Join Turn It Up Tuesdays where beginners and advanced students alike come together to explore the art of ceramic creation.
For beginners, Elizabeth will provide step-by-step guidance, teaching fundamental techniques such as centering, pulling, and shaping. Through hands-on practice, you'll learn to transform raw clay into beautiful vessels, gaining confidence with each turn of the wheel.
For more advanced students, the class offers opportunities to refine skills and experiment with advanced techniques such as altering forms, creating intricate shapes, and exploring surface textures and glazes. Personalized feedback and guidance from the instructor will help you push the boundaries of your creativity and elevate your pottery practice to new heights.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to hone your craft, our pottery class on the wheel promises to be a fulfilling and inspiring experience for all.
All adult courses include 15lbs of clay and the glazing and firing fee. Additional clay is available for purchase. We recommend purchasing your own set of tools. Beginner tool kits are available for purchase on the first day of each class. BYO apron and rag. All adult courses also include 3 hours of open studio hours each week to practice the skills you are learning in class. Open studio hours are drop in and expire 1 week after the end of your course.
